Major General Dennis Laich, USAR(Ret) addresses pending legislation in Congress that allegedly advances  the religious liberty of chaplains and service members but in reality is a license to bully and a threat to the very existence of the military chaplaincy.

The finding of portion of the Defense of Marriage Act unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of the United States, has some military chaplains claiming that their religious freedom is being abridged. Attorney and Forum co-chair,  Tom Carpenter, takes issue with these complaints  in “Military Chaplains Cry Wolf.”
